Letter re George Tenet

Letter printed in the Los Angeles Times on August 23 and in the Daily News on August 24

Now that the long-withheld CIA report has finally been released, revealing that former Director George Tenet failed to have his agency even develop a plan to battle al-Qaida, I have just one question for George W. Bush: When will you rescind Mr. Tenet's obviously undeserved Medal of Freedom?
